Physical therapy is the rehabilitation of an injury with an emphasis on returning to and optimizing a prior level of function as well as facilitating biomechanics to reduce the risk of reinjury. 

​Longevity Training

​

Longevity training focuses on performing movements associated with living a long, independent, and fulfilling life. Emphasis is placed on movements such as standing up from a chair, getting off the floor, or picking something up off the ground.

​Strength and Conditioning

​

Strength and conditioning is the use of various modalities to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance with the goal of improving overall fitness levels.

​Sport Specific Training

​

Sport specific training places emphasis on refining movement patterns associated with a specific sport then improving the speed and power of those movements.

  • All services provided one-on-one

  • All services are cash-based

    • We are not participating with any insurance policies

​

  • 60-minute sessions or 30-minute sessions

    • $200 for 60-minute session

    • $110 for 30-minute session
